Welcome to my “Best Reverse Harem Academy Books” post!

Check out my list of recommended reverse harem academy books below! I’ve read all of them, and many are some of my all-time favourites.

Supernatural Academy: Year One by Jaymin Eve

Reverse Harem Academy Books
Series: Supernatural Academy #1
Genre: Fantasy, Paranormal, Romance, Magic, Vampires, New Adult

She’s the wife he never wanted…and the weakness he never saw coming.

Ruthless. Meticulous. Arrogant.

Dante Russo thrives on control, both personally and professionally.

The billionaire CEO never planned to marry—
until the threat of blackmail forces him into an engagement with a woman he barely knows.

Vivian Lau, jewelry heiress and daughter of his newest enemy.

It doesn’t matter how beautiful or charming she is. He’ll do everything in his power to destroy the evidence and their betrothal.

There’s only one problem: now that he has her…he can’t bring himself to let her go.

***
Elegant. Ambitious. Well-mannered.

Vivian Lau is the perfect daughter and her family’s ticket into the highest echelons of high society.

Marrying a blue-blooded Russo means opening doors that would otherwise remain closed to her new-money family.

While the rude, elusive Dante isn’t her idea of a dream partner, she agrees to their arranged marriage out of duty.

Craving his touch was never part of the plan.

Neither was the worst thing she could possibly do: fall in love with her future husband.

Princess Ballot by Jaymin Eve

Series: Royals of Arbon Academy #1
Genre:  Romance, Reverse Harem, New Adult, Fantasy, College, Dystopia, Dark

You have been chosen.

Those four words change Violet Spencer’s whole life, when against staggering odds, she’s selected in the “princess ballot.”

Arbon Academy is affectionately known as the school for Royals. Only the rich, powerful, or heir to a throne gain entry … except for the one scholarship student accepted every five years. It’s a worldwide lottery, and one that Violet entered without giving it any serious thought.

But the media got it wrong and Arbon Academy is much more than a simple college for future leaders.

It’s a dark world of politics, intrigue, and dangerous guys who will stop at nothing to get their own way. Despite her best efforts at remaining off the radar, Violet finds herself a pawn between two of the most powerful monarchies in the world.

Prince Rafe of the Switzerlands and Prince Alex of the Australasias are bitter enemies both on the soccer field and in the political arena. Monarchies rule the world now, and every waking breath is a competition for the princes.

Control the ball.
Control the world.
Control Violet.

Whether it’s through love or hate, someone will ultimately win.

Another Jaymin Eve series! Like Eva Chase, she is also a staple reverse harem academy books author. Her books are always very fun to read especially when you are looking to pass the time.

SSS: Year One by Yumoyori Wilson Avery Song

Series: Supernatural Spy Academy #1
Genre:  Reverse Harem, Paranormal, Fantasy, Magic, Romance, Shapeshifters, Dragons

When being different leads to the best years of your life.

There are three key components required to get into the most prestigious, top spy school in the world:

Skills.
Strength.
Survival.

My name is Silver Spell Solange. No, I didn’t plan for my initials to be the same rank needed to enter the spy school. But I would do anything to get into the one of a kind school. I have the magical capability of an Elemental Witch, the strength to kick anyone’s ass, and quick problem-solving skills to get my teammates out of any jam. There’s only one small problem – the other ‘S’ I’m missing.

I’m not a part of the supernatural race.

After realizing the my only shot at my dreams is at the brink of extinction, I’m unexpectedly teamed up with a werewolf, a dragon, a fallen angel, and a hellhound. The four of them carry the assets and abilities I need to gain my spot into the Supernatural Spy School (SSS).

With the clock ticking and not much leg room for an SS score, I accept their bet, knowing I’ll easily handle whatever they request from me.

I didn’t think their bet would lead me to date all four them.

It’s time for me to buckle up. This four-year roller coaster is about to begin, and its a bumpy one-way ticket to becoming the next “supernatural” spy.

Dark Fae by Caroline Peckham by Susanne Valenti

Series: Ruthless Boys of the Zodiac #1
Genre: Fantasy, Reverse Harem, Romance, Fae, Paranormal, Vampires, Academy

What do a heartless Dragon Shifter, a cold-blooded Basilisk, an arrogant Lion Shifter and a brooding, tattooed Harpy have in common…?

Me.

Elise Callisto. Vampire. Angel of vengeance. And a girl on a mission to destroy one of them for murdering my brother. I just don’t know which one did it yet.

When I kicked the ass of a Werewolf who was high on a new and dangerous drug called Killblaze, his final words painted a dark reality for me. The King of Aurora Academy killed my brother. The trouble is, there are four kings at that school and each of them have motive and cutthroat natures.

Aurora Academy isn’t a place for the faint of heart. To put it lightly, my town is the asshole of Solaria where the dodgiest Fae in the kingdom reside. The school itself is divided by the two gangs who run this town. The Lunar Brotherhood and the Oscura Clan. And guess what? Two of the kings run the gangs at the school, their hatred for each other so fierce I hear a day doesn’t go by without blood being spilled in the halls.

I might be a petite, lilac-haired girl who looks like a fragile doll, but they haven’t been introduced to my fangs yet. And they don’t know why I’m really here. Or that I’ll do whatever it takes to bring down the Fae who took my flesh and blood from me.

I don’t believe in fate, but I do know this… the King who killed my brother is a dead man walking. And I’m prepared to sacrifice my heart, body and soul to ensure I get my revenge.

A prequel series to the Zodiac Academy Series. I like this series more because there isn’t as much problematic bullying, though I’ll give the Zodiac Academy series credit their grovel is top-tier with some of the most satisfying I’ve ever read.

Academy of Assassins by Stacey Brutger

Series: Academy of Assassins #1
Genre: Reverse Harem, Fantasy, Paranormal, Romance, Magic, Shapeshifters, Paranormal, Urban Fantasy, Fae, Witches

ONLY ONE THING STANDS BETWEEN HUMANS AND THE DEADLY SUPERNATURAL WORLD…THE ACADEMY OF ASSASSINS.

Abandoned as a child and unable to remember her past, Morgan was raised as a hunter, one of an elite group of fighters sworn to protect humans from the dangerous paranormal creatures who invade our world…creatures such as herself. Her life changes the day she’s summoned to the Academy of Assassins, a school that trains witches and hunters to eradicate paranormals who prey on humans. Her first assignment—find and eliminate the killer who is using the Academy as their own personal hunting ground.

As Morgan delves deeper into the investigation, she will need to dodge assassination attempts, avoid the distraction of romantic entanglements with the devilishly handsome security expert, Kincade, and his maddeningly overprotective teammates, while keeping the volatile magic in her blood concealed from those who would use it for their own purposes. When the danger increases and the school is threatened, Morgan must unearth her missing memories before someone finishes the job they started so long ago—killing her and unleashing a plague that will consume the world.

Cruel Magic by Eva Chase

Series:  Royals of Villain Academy #1
Genre:  Reverse Harem, Fantasy, Paranormal, Romance, Magic, New Adult, Urban Fantasy

Dangerous intrigue, forbidden passion, and ominous magic. And that’s just on my first day.

As the newest recruit at the Institute of Unpredictable Magic, I’m determined to prove I have what it takes to be part of this elite team of supernaturals who protect the magical community. But I didn’t count on sparks flying between me and my new partner, Logan, the sex-on-a-stick mage who’s as competitive as I am.

I also didn’t count on our first assignment together turning into an absolute disaster.

Now we’re in a race against the clock to uncover the whereabouts of a potentially dangerous magic user with powers no one’s ever seen before. The only two people who can help us are Nick, a millionaire playboy whose easy charm throws me completely off-balance, and Saint, a darkly handsome convict with a mysterious past.

I thought developing feelings for one of my co-workers was bad, but as the four of us are forced to rely on each other, I can’t deny that I’m drawn to Nick and Saint too.

And as the danger of our mission grows, I realize I’m about to be in way over my head—in more ways than one.

You know how they say trouble always comes in threes?

Well, I think I know exactly who my three are.

This series is also one of the most satisfying grovel books I’ve ever read.

Eva Chase’s reverse harem series are always enemies to lovers’ slow burn, and this one is no exception.

This series is like reverse harem academy books with the villain getting the girl trope combined. Highly recommend! It is also on Kindle Unlimited.

Stolen Crush by C.M. Stunich

Series: Lost Daughter of a Serial Killer #1
Genre:  Reverse Harem, Romance, Dark, High School, Contemporary, New Adult, Mystery

Finding out you’re the daughter of a millionaire true crime novelist isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.
When I was two, I was kidnapped. Kidnapped by a loving family, sure, but still kidnapped.
Now, my biological mom wants me to live with her on the opposite side of the country.

Her … and my new stepdad and his jerk of a son: Parrish.
Wannabe tattoo artist, languorous rich boy, pouty mouth.
Starting a new life on the West Coast sucks, especially when there’s no love lost between me and my new family.

Oh, and my biological father? Did I mention that he’s a serial killer who wants me to play his games?
Find the right clues, follow the right trail, or someone I love gets hurt.
But what if he’s just kidnapped someone I hate instead?

Parrish Vanguard is a royal asshole.
The question is: does he deserve to die?

With the help of Parrish’s best friends—Maxx and Chasm—I have to risk everything to save a boy who considers himself my sworn enemy. Even if I save his ass, he’ll never thank me.
Lucky for him that our love-hate relationship isn’t a deal breaker.

I’ll play, Dad.
Start the game.

C.M. Stunich is a very popular reverse harem author, and she has written a lot of other reverse harem academy books. But this is one of her less popular series.

Thought I’ll recommend it in case you (the reader) haven’t read it yet. It’s a lot more mature in theme and I think is worth a try.

As many readers may know (especially romance book readers), oftentimes we like to seek out book tropes and read romance books that include the book tropes we usually like and the book tropes we want to read at the moment. It’s what drives a lot of book recommendations and is a common way we seek out books to read.

If you are a reader who is interested in:

  • Tracking tropes that you have already read
  • Tracking tropes that you would want to read in the future
  • Collect original trope ideas that you came up with (and haven’t come across before)

Then this book trope reading journal is perfectly made for you!
