When was this blog first made?
I started my self titled blog in January (2017)! It’s my one and only… so far 😉
What inspired this blog to be created?
At 25 I was burned out, frustrated, and disgruntled with the business world. It turns out — I wasn’t alone! Other millennials had the same struggles as me. So, I put my big girl panties on and decided to figure out what made us (millennials) fulfilled and successful in the business world. This blog is that journey.
What this blog mainly about?
This is a business blog focused on millennials. I market it as business and lifestyle for millennials because I believe the topics are intertwined! Personal development and a well rounded life are critical to success in business — especially for millennials.
Where, when, and how did you get all these amazing knowledge about your business study and studies on millennials?
My knowledge is almost all first hand! I’ve been there, done that, got the t-shirt. I also have worked with some other amazing bloggers for some guest posts.
Have you written for any other websites, or offline publications?
I do copywriting for multiple clients! I have yet to be offline… maybe soon 😉
How does your blog want to influence the world with their contents?
I want millennial to understand what makes them ‘tick’ and how to harness that in the business world — and their life! We have so much to offer with our unique strengths! I spent so long thinking I was the only one frustrated and burned out — I don’t want anyone else to feel that way.
What kind of obstacle or problems had you been through with this blog?
Oh boy, I have shiny-thing-syndrome in a BIG way!! My problem comes in when I want to create a new post, but then start to think about my email opt in, and then that leads to marketing questions and… well, you get the picture.
How does this site communicate with their followers?
On social media, my main focus has been Facebook — for now! Up next is Pinterest.
What tips would this site give to future/young bloggers?
Because this is a business blog, I will be addressing blogging as a business! Millennials get jazzed about flexible and creative work options — blogging fits that bill nicely.
